Terms of Service

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or utilizing the Service, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Osentio. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.

Osentio allows users to define AI agent personas, connect custom knowledge bases, train models on unique data, and deploy AI workforces on websites or via API. The Service is billed based on a subscription model tied to monthly credit quotas (“Credits Quota”).

Our order and billing process is conducted and managed by our third-party online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem (https://www.creem.io/) (the “MoR”). The MoR is responsible for managing all customer service inquiries related to billing, subscription mutations, and returns. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by the MoR's terms and policies in addition to these Terms.

Osentio acts as the provider of the Service and is solely responsible for the platform, features, and subscription fulfillment described herein.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• Each subscription level grants a specific amount of monthly Credit Quota. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your plan.
• We reserve the right to change subscription fees or credit allocations upon reasonable prior notice.

• You retain all ownership rights to the texts, data, documents, and files you upload to train your AI agents (“User Content”).
• By uploading User Content, you grant Osentio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and use the data solely for the purpose of training, operating, and improving your specialized AI agents.
• You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or legal rights.

• The Service utilizes advanced artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs) to generate outputs (replies, automated chat support, sales scripts, etc.).
• You acknowledge that AI-generated output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, errors, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and monitoring your AI agents' outputs before relying on them or presenting them to end-users.
• Osentio provides the Service on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Osentio.
• Bypass any rate limits, credit usage constraints, or security measures implemented on the platform.
• Upload User Content that contains malware, viruses, hate speech, or explicit material.
• Use the Service to develop, train, or deploy AI agents that generate, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service or the AI agents built on the platform to third parties in a manner that violates these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osentio and its third-party service providers (including its Merchant of Record, Creem) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the platform or other users.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
